Heavy-Duty EPDM Chemical Hose – High-Pressure Acid & Alkali Resistant Steel Wire Reinforced Hose
Product Overview
Our Heavy-Duty Chemical Hose is specially designed for the safe and efficient transfer of highly corrosive liquids, strong acids, strong bases, and industrial solvents. Constructed with premium EPDM rubber for both inner tube and outer cover, this hose offers exceptional resistance to chemical degradation, weathering, and ozone exposure.
To handle rigorous operational demands, the middle reinforcement layer combines high-strength textile cord with helical spiral steel wire, providing robust structure, anti-kinking flexibility, and full vacuum/suction capabilities. Operating within a temperature range from -35°C to +100°C, it maintains superior performance under a working pressure of 20 bar (300 psi) and a safety burst pressure of 60 bar (900 psi).
Key Features & Benefits
-
Superior Chemical Resistance: Specially formulated inner EPDM tube resists aggressive strong acids, strong alkalis, and harsh corrosive solvents.
-
Steel Wire & Cord Reinforcement: Multi-layer high-strength cord embedded with spiral steel wire ensures structural stability during suction and pressure delivery.
-
High Working & Burst Pressure: Rated for an operating pressure of 20 bar (300 psi) with a safety burst factor of 60 bar (900 psi).
-
Broad Thermal Range: Operates reliably in harsh processing environments from -35°C to +100°C.
-
Durable Outer Protection: EPDM outer cover protects against abrasion, weather, aging, and accidental chemical splashes.
